- License/credential information: license number, NPN, or other identifiers required for reporting (when applicable)
- Course data: progress, time-on-task, completion timestamps, quiz/final scores and attempts (if applicable)
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, log data, and similar information
- Payment and transaction data: purchase history and transaction confirmations (payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers)

- Track seat time, progress, and assessment results
- Issue certificates and maintain completion records
- Report CE credit to Governing Bodies when required or offered

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. 1 Day Courses LLC does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. Payment processors handle payment data under their own privacy and security standards.

7) Data Retention
We retain learner records, completion data, certificates, and reporting confirmations for at least five (5) years, and longer if required by a Governing Body or law.

9) Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adult learners and licensed professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the Service. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
