Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1) Definitions
- "1 Day Courses LLC," "1 Day Courses," "we," "us," "our" means the operator of 1daycourses.com and the Service.
- "User," "you," "your" means any visitor, customer, or learner using the Service.
- "Course" means any online training or continuing education program offered through the Service.
- "Governing Body" means the state board, agency, or regulator that sets continuing education ("CE") requirements for your license.
- "Certificate" means the certificate of completion issued upon satisfying the Course requirements.
2) Use of the Service; Acceptance
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable laws and regulations.
3) Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must use your own account to access and complete Courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete, including your legal name and any license number or other identifier required for CE reporting.
4) Course Delivery, Timing, and Completion Requirements
All Courses are delivered online. Courses may include timed modules, progress controls, checkpoints, and other features designed to ensure the required instructional time is completed and to help meet Governing Body requirements. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Course completion may require minimum seat time.
- The Service may track time-on-task, progress, and completion timestamps.
- Attempting to bypass timing or progress controls is prohibited and may result in loss of access, denial of credit, and other actions described below.
Instructional hours are calculated using the hour definition required by the applicable Governing Body (for example, 50-minute or 60-minute hours).
5) Access Period (Course Availability to You)
Unless a Governing Body requires a different access period, each Course enrollment includes up to six (6) months of access from the purchase or registration date. After the access window ends, you may lose access to the Course and may need to re-enroll to regain access.
6) Assessments, Passing Standards, and Attempts
Some Courses include quizzes, knowledge checks, and/or final exams. Unless a Governing Body requires a different standard:
- A passing score is 70% for graded assessments.
- You may receive up to three (3) attempts per graded assessment.
- If attempts are not successful, the system may require additional review of Course content before additional attempts or may require re-enrollment, subject to jurisdiction rules.
Governing Body requirements may override these defaults.
7) Certificates of Completion
When you satisfy Course requirements (including seat time and passing any required assessments), the Service issues a Certificate. Certificates may include your name, course title, delivery method, CE hours, completion date/time, and a unique certificate identifier. Certificates are issued to the learner who completed the Course and are not transferable.
8) Credit Reporting
When credit reporting is required or offered for a Course, we generally report completion within 24 hours after you complete the Course, using the fields required by the applicable Governing Body.
Important notes:
- Credit acceptance and licensing decisions are controlled by the Governing Body, not 1 Day Courses LLC.
- You are responsible for selecting the correct Course(s) and ensuring your licensing information is accurate.
- Reporting may be delayed due to system maintenance, outages, Governing Body system availability, or inaccuracies in the information you provide.
9) Identity Verification and Academic Integrity
Each enrollment is for a single learner. You may not:
- Share accounts or allow others to complete a Course for you
- Impersonate another person
- Use automation, scripts, or other methods to bypass timers or course controls
- Engage in cheating or any conduct that compromises Course integrity
We may review activity patterns (such as logins, device/browser data, IP information, time-on-task, and assessment activity) to protect Course integrity, prevent fraud, and comply with Governing Body requirements. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, invalidation of completion, denial of credit, and/or reporting to a Governing Body when required.
10) Refunds, Money-Back Guarantee, Cancellations, and Transfers
We offer a Money-Back Guarantee subject to the rules below and any stricter or more protective requirements imposed by a Governing Body or applicable law.
General refund guidelines (unless a Governing Body requires otherwise):
- Full refund prior to Certificate issuance, provided the Course has not been completed.
- After a Certificate is issued, refunds are generally not granted.
- After 30 days from purchase (whether or not a Certificate is issued), refunds are generally not granted.
We may, at our discretion, allow a one-time courtesy transfer to a different Course of equal or lesser value, subject to administrative limits and jurisdiction rules. Refund and transfer decisions may also depend on evidence of Course access, progress, and completion, as tracked by the Service.

19) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1 Day Courses LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
